Home/Services/Quality Control

Consistently tested. Lasting quality.

With us, quality is no accident — it is the result of a rigorous, multi-stage inspection process accompanying every production from approval to loading. Based on recognised standards such as the 4-point system and AQL sampling, with our own QC on site.

Three inspection stages

Inspected from start to finish

Our inspection process accompanies every production without gaps — before it starts, while it runs and before it leaves the factory.

01

Before production

Before any production starts, we make sure you are satisfied: samples, materials, dimensions and specification are approved together. Only then does manufacturing begin.

02

During production

Our QC team visits the factories continuously — staying on site when needed. Every batch is closely monitored and deviations are detected and corrected immediately.

03

Before loading

Before every shipment, our quality control inspects directly in the factories, tests continuously and sends us reports — so only goods that meet the specification go into the container.

To recognised standards

Methods the trade expects

We follow internationally established best practices in textile inspection — so our control demonstrably meets the industry benchmark.

01

4-point system

Fabric inspection to the 4-point system (ASTM D5430): defects are rated 1–4 points by length. The lower the score per 100 m², the higher the quality.

02

AQL sampling

Statistical sampling to AQL (ISO 2859). We draw representative samples across all rolls and colours — with tight acceptance limits for major and minor defects.

03

Lab tests

We test colour fastness, dimensional change (shrinkage), grammage, tear strength and absence of harmful substances — by accredited labs on request.

What we inspect

Every detail counts

Directly on site, we inspect materials, workmanship and compliance with your standards — point by point.

Dimensions & fit

Exactly to specification.

Colours & colour fastness

Lasting through many washes.

Seams & workmanship

Clean, strong, durable.

Grammage (g/m²)

Within tight tolerance.

Zippers & accessories

Reliable function (e.g. YKK).

Packaging & labelling

Market- and marketplace-ready.

Documentation & traceability

Full transparency, without gaps

Every production batch is recorded and can be fully traced back if needed. You receive inspection reports with photos and measurements — for full transparency on both sides. Our quality control is not a formality but a central promise to our business partners: reliably inspected goods you can count on at any time.

FAQ

Good to know

What is the 4-point system?+

It is the common standard for fabric inspection (ASTM D5430). Defects are rated 1 to 4 points by length; fabric is judged by total points per 100 m². The fewer points, the better the quality.

What is AQL?+

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit, ISO 2859) defines how many defects are acceptable in a sample. We inspect representative samples across all rolls and colours — with tight limits for major and minor defects.

Can I set my own inspection criteria?+

Yes. We agree acceptance limits, tolerances and inspection points with you before production and then inspect exactly to your specification.

Will I receive inspection reports?+

Yes. Our QC teams send reports with photos and measurements during and after production. Every batch is documented and traceable.
